The Dengkou Yellow River Bridge of the Baotou-Yinchuan High-speed Railway is located in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a crucial control project for the entire Baotou-Yinchuan High-speed Railway line. The total length of the bridge is 5,145.91 meters.

The main bridge spanning the main channel of the Yellow River adopts a steel-concrete continuous beam with a span of 102+4×178+102 meters and is constructed by the form traveler cantilever casting method.
The track adopts a double-track lightweight design, reducing weight while ensuring safety. It is efficiently segmented, making it convenient for on-site utilization.

Since the continuous beam has a single-box single-cell structure, the heaviest block reaches 297.6 tons and the longest block is 5 meters. Ordinary channel steel box-shaped rods are unable to meet the stress requirements.
TOYOU designers have adopted the form of box-shaped rods welded with steel plates, and the material is Q355 with higher strength to meet the strength and stiffness requirements.

Considering that the continuous beam is closed with a steel box girder and hydraulic jacks and steel strands are required to lift the steel box girder. Therefore, the cross beam is designed with a special jack support, equipped with X and Y coordinate translation fine-tuning cylinders to ensure the installation accuracy of the steel box beam.
Four sets of connecting rods are installed between the two main trusses, all of which are connected by pin shafts, cut by laser, and undergo trial assembly in the factory before leaving the factory.
