Great Wall-Crossing Mega Bridge of the Yinchuan-Bayanhot Railway

The Great Wall-Crossing Mega Bridge of the Yinchuan-Bayanhot Railway is located in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It features a 48 + 80 + 48m prestressed concrete continuous beam，single-box, single-cell, variable-height box girder with straight webs, and is constructed by cantilever casting with cantilever form traveler provided by TOYOU.

In this project, TOYOU provided a total of 8 cantilever form traveler, covering continuous beams with multiple spans such as 40+64+40m and 48+80+48m. Currently, all of them have been put into use and some continuous beams have been closed.

Since the bridge crosses the Wuhai-Yinchuan Expressway, to ensure the passage of vehicles below and the safety of construction personnel, the cantilever form travler are equipped with safety protection systems such as bottom support system and ladder guardrails to improve the safety factor.
