Xi'an Link Project on the Xi'an-Yan'an Railway

The Xi'an Link Project on the Xi'an-Yan'an Railway is located in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. It has multiple continuous beams, such as 40+2×64+ 40m, 60+100+60m double-track, 60+100+60m single-track, and 2×88m T-frame. It has a single-box and single-cell structure and is constructed by cantilever casting using the TOYOU cantilever form traveler.

The Xi'an-Yan'an High-speed Railway is the first high-speed railway in the northern Shaanxi revolutionary old area. It is a crucial component of the Baotou (Yinchuan) Haikou passage in the national high-speed railway network. Together with the Xi'an-Chongqing High-speed Railway under construction, it forms a major north-south corridor. It is a crucial component of  high-speed railway network framework in Shaanxi Province and a key construction project during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.

To match the existing materials at the project site, TOYOU's design engineers optimized components such as load-bearing suspension

and rolling suspension, saving a lot of capital for the project.

To ensure the project 's progress, TOYOU provided professional and continuous on-site services, including dedicated personnel tracking, pre-training, and on-site guidance at key links. At the same time, multiple inspections were conducted while using the form traveler to ensure its smooth operation.

Once the line is completed and put into operation, the travel time from Xi'an to Yan'an will be reduced from the current 2.5 hours to about 1 hour. This is of great significance in further promoting the Western Development Strategy, facilitating rural revitalization in revolutionary areas, accelerating the construction of the Baotou-Haikou passage, improving and optimizing the layout of the national high-speed railway network, and enhancing the regional advantages of Shaanxi Province and its status as a hub in the national railway network.
