Ranmuduo Mega Bridge Project

The Ranmuduo Mega Bridge is located in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The bridge span arrangements of both the left and right lines are 23-meter simply supported cast-in-place box girders+85+160+85m continuous rigid frames+23-meter simply supported cast-in-place box girders, and the total length of the bridge is 376.96 meters.

The continuous beam of the main bridge is a prestressed concrete single-box single-cell box girder, constructed by form traveler cantilever casting method. The front suspension system adopts the combined construction of 40Cr steel bars and slings. There are 20 cantilever casting beam segments, and the maximum controlled weight is 198.2T. In this project, TOYOU provided 6 sets of cantilever form travelers.

According to TOYOU's standardized service process, the service engineers conducted a comprehensive and systematic inspection of various components such as the walking system and formwork system of the form travler during its use, and put forward reasonable prevention plans for possible problems in the future, eliminating the concerns of the project and ensuring that the project can be completed on schedule.

TOYOU will continue to cooperate with the project personnel to complete the final sprint work, striving to ensure that the bridge is closed as soon as possible, and contributing TOYOU's strength to the rural revitalization of Aba County and the promotion of regional coordinated development.
