Dongsheng Bridge Project

The Dongsheng Bridge is located in Gaoxian County, Sichuan Province. The total length of the route is 325.68 meters, among which the length of the bridge is 238 meters. It is arranged in a double-deck layout, with a bridge width of 40 meters. It adopts a prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame with a span of 60+110+60 meters and is constructed by form traveler cantilever casting method.

The upper structure adopts a cast-in-place prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame. The cross-section of a single-deck bridge uses a single-box double-cell straight web box girder. The height of the beam at the support is 6.5m, while the mid-span is 2.5m. The full width of the top slab of the box girder is 19.75m, and the cantilevers on both sides are both 3m. The thickness of the top slab of the box girder is 28cm, and the thickness of the bottom slab of the box girder is 30~100cm. Both the height of the box girder and the thickness of the bottom slab change according to a quadratic parabola.
